Blade of Falling Thunder

In the rain-drenched Imperial Capital, Raiken Souma is the most feared lightning wielder alive. He wields no steel; instead, falling thunder obeys his call. When an ancient flood serpent emerges from the depths to drown the city in a tidal wave of destruction, Raiken alone steps into the deluge.
